Case Study 1 - Laser Eye Surgery
Background
The client boasts the latest technology for Laser Eye Vision correction including LASIK and PRK, two of the most popular procedures for the correction of near-sightedness, far-sightedness and astigmatism. Yearly, the lead surgeon performs over a hundred and fifty corneal transplants and deals with only the most complex surgical problems. He is also on staff at the Hospital for Sick Children, where he is an expert in corneal conditions affecting children and has operated on children from across Canada and around the world. He has trained corneal surgeons from Canada, the US, the UK, the Philippines, Israel, India, Malaysia, Australia and Singapore.
Challenge
The client needed a new look, for better conversion and was not well placed on search engines. Over one year the TechWyse consultants worked closely with the team to provide optimization, advice on web content and design and to streamline the sales processes. All optimization was done with two goals; more traffic and compelling content and design to convert new visitor traffic into sales. A new search engine friendly site was developed by our web team.
Results
REVENUE: Per analysis of return on investment of the marketing budget, Search Engine Optimization campaign has been the highest yielding marketing campaign ever implemented by the clinic. With the booking costs per patient per eye being 11 times better than the average, TechWyse has given the management of the client something to smile about and an exciting new vision for the future. Patient bookings from the internet were 65 times more than from the yellow pages and account for a significant percentage of all new, non referral patients. Each surgery can range from $2,000 to $6,000 per person. Total impact of the internet runs in six digits annually.

Background
McLean Company Rentals (MCR) has been one of Palm Springs leading property management companies since 1984. The company manages the investment properties of people with high end rental properties in the Palm Springs Ranch Mirage Palm Desert area.
The McLean Company website, is dynamic. The functionality includes the ability of its visitors to select properties based on multiple search criteria and visitors also have the ability to book online. The design is clean and the content compelling.
Challenge
At the start of the company's relationship with TechWyse, it had virtually no presence in search engines. Plus, the company wanted to increase the number of qualified users coming to the site, converting them to repeat visitors and increasing sales per unique visitor. The goals of the company were to increase internet generated business bookings, increase in branding and online presence of www.ps4rent.com .
TechWyse developed a list of keywords which were then prioritized by the client. Working with the clients copywriters TechWyse developed the home page content. TechWyse technicians reviewed and updated title and Meta tags and provided counsel on site architecture and online sales processes. With all this work completed, the site was ready for manual submissions to the major search engines.
Results
REVENUE: The revenue derived as a direct result of the work done by TechWyse has been exceptional. 95% of new business for the client is now search engine related. The site is currently placed very well for their core terms. The client has seen a 40% increase in business from last year. On a monthly basis, on average there are 300-500 new bookings that are done either online or incoming calls from being found on search engines.
BRANDING: The online presence has dramatically increased. Exposure to a very qualified marketing has been achieved. Both types of visitors, (buyers and renters of properties as well as people that own properties that would like to sell or rent) have called in to comment how much they like the site, its ease of navigation and classic look.
