Google Begins Removing Old Articles in UK After 'Right to be Forgotten' Ruling
The first round of search result removals has occurred following the "right to be forgotten" ruling in the UK and reactions are mixed to say the least. The BBC has complained that a 2007 article discussing the ousting of Merril Lynch's CEO has been pulled from certain search results in Europe while the Guardian has revealed at least 6 articles have been pulled. "Google is confirming the fears of many in the industry that the 'right to be forgotten' will be abused to curb freedom of expression and to suppress legitimate journalism that is in the public interest," Robert Peston, economics editor at the BBC.

Facebook Introduces Multi-Product Ads And Enhanced Custom Audiences
Facebook has recently introduced two new advertising enhancements designed to make remarketing more effective: multi-product ads and enhanced custom audiences. Multi-product ads give business owners the opportunity to display three products within a single ad unit, each with their own image, description, and click target. Enhanced custom audiences allow businesses to customize certain kinds of audiences to which they want to advertise and includes the ability to choose new audience limits.
Google Continues Link Network Attack
Google has continued their year-long war on link networks recently with new penalties against two more in Poland. Following a post on Google's Poland blog about reconsideration requests, Googler Karolina Kruszy?ska confirmed that they had taken action but did not name the networks.

The best to do is follow suite as well buy on a more serious note, with the likes of Facebook introducing a multi product ads, I think that is a step in the right direction.
