Director of Client Services

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Director of Client Services to join our dynamic team at our West Toronto office!

As an integral part of our organization, you will work closely on a day-to-day basis with the executive leadership and department managers to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate the value of our industry leading offering, maximize retention and generate new valued business relationships within the SMB Digital Marketing field. As the Director of Client Services, you will have numerous areas of responsibility which combine to drive our success:

 

  • Passionately manage, review and execute agency practices to establish, develop, strengthen & maintain relationships with existing client business owners/stakeholders
  • Lead/build a team of task focused account managers that provide diligent account management and expert campaign improvement recommendations
  • Identify and nurture opportunities for growing client business in line with their digital marketing needs
  • Identify at risk relationships and address issues to maximize the value provided by our services whilst appropriately managing client expectations
  • Monitor client service KPI including performance metrics and touch points through our proprietary digital marketing management platform ADLuge
  • Work with local leadership to review or create business plans that drive strategic and profitable growth
  • Assist with new business proposal documentation and presentation

Desired Skills and Experience

Must Have

  • 5-7 years detailed knowledge of Paid Search, SEO and Social Marketing Solutions
  • Outstanding communication skills and 3-5 years proven experience building relationships and demonstrating value with small business owners and corporate marketing managers alike
  • 5 Years campaign strategy development and implementation for all size markets
  • Presentation skills and ideally experience in high pressure selling environments
  • Strong skills with Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media campaign reporting platforms
  • Meticulous follow up, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • English as a first language with exceptional business writing skills
  • Passion for the internet marketing industry and a desire to be a valued part of a young and dynamic team
  • A valid drivers licence and transportation to attend client meetings

NICE TO HAVE

  • Display Networks,Google Content Experiments (formerly Google Website Optimizer) campaign experience
  • GAIQ and Google Ads accreditations
  • Knowledge of any of the following programs;Adobe Products including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Visio, MS Office, Google Apps
